Before I began guiding people through healing and alignment, I spent years teaching at Arthur Murray Dance Centres in both Canada and Sydney. Now, I offer dance as its own unique experience.

These Latin and Ballroom dance sessions aren’t about competition or perfection. They're about presence, kinship, and fun. About building confidence, releasing stress and letting yourself feel good. This is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm of energy, movement, and flow. Curated 1 on 1 sessions for personal wellness and/or Wedding dances or Chartered groups for corporate wellness, family bonding, or Wedding flashmob, we've got what you're looking for.

How It Works:

Pick your time: We’ll schedule a regular day and time that suits.

Choose your dance/s: Latin, Ballroom, or a mix of both and/or wedding.

Choose Music: Music is provided, choose genres or special song.

Select a venue: We’ll find a suitable location within 60 km of me.

Chartered Groups: Perfect For... Social groups wanting a fun weekly activity, Wedding parties preparing for the big day, Staff Christmas parties, Clubs or organizations adding dance to their calendar, & anyone looking to enjoy movement, rhythm, and connection! One flat fee per group of 10 classes, 6-30 participants. Optional Choreography Additional Cost to be discussed.

All fees includes music rights, insurance, legal coverage, my teaching time, and travel.

Optional choreography services available for an additional fee, depending on how technical or fancy you’d like your routine to be.
