Frequently Asked Questions

At Cellular Alchemy we know that starting your transformation or training journey can bring up lots of questions. Below you’ll find answers to the most common ones.

General

Q: What is Cellular Alchemy?

A: Cellular Alchemy is a holistic approach to transformation that works on the body–mind connection at a cellular level. It combines psychosomatic therapy, emotional release, and practical tools for authentic living so you can experience true serenity and alignment.

Q: What makes your approach different?

A: Unlike surface-level self-help, Cellular Alchemy helps you identify and release patterns stored in the body, align your emotions with your values, and create lasting transformation. It’s deep work, but also playful and empowering.

Sacred Serenity Program

Q: Who is the Sacred Serenity program for?

A: It’s designed for people ready for deep personal transformation — those who feel stuck in stress, overwhelm, or old patterns and want to reconnect with their authentic self.

Q: How long is the program?

A: The full Path to Serenity journey runs over several months, comprised of structured sessions, readings, emotional release, take home practices, and other guided practices.

Q: What is the Lifestyle Assessment?

A: The Lifestyle Assessment is the starting point of the Sacred Serenity program. It can be done as a standalone assessment, as part of the first half of the program (Shape You’re In), or included in the full Path to Serenity program. It helps identify areas of imbalance in your life so the program can be tailored to your needs.

Q: Do I need previous experience with personal development or therapy?

A: Not at all. You just need openness and a genuine willingness to invest in yourself.

Q: What results can I expect?

A: Each person’s journey is unique, but clients often experience greater clarity, emotional freedom, confidence, improved relationships, and a deeper sense of calm, the potential for true healing, for yourself and future generations.

Psychosomatic Therapy Training

Q: What is Psychosomatic Therapy?

A: Psychosomatic Therapy is the study of how emotions shape the body. It uses tools like Face Reading, Body Reading, and Emotional Release Therapy to understand and resolve patterns stored physically and emotionally.

Q: Do I need to be a health professional to take the training?

A: No. Many students join for their own personal growth. Practitioners in health, coaching, or wellness fields often add it as a modality in their practice.

Q: Do I need prior experience?

A: No, this training suits everyone and we encourage beginners to join.

Q: What if I can’t attend both days?

A: Register today, send us a text to 0468 005 795, and we’ll pre-book you on the next training session.

Q: What do I bring?

A: Just yourself and some lunch! We’ll provide all the materials and the opportunity to network.

Q: What if I don’t experience a breakthrough?

A: You’ll receive a complimentary 1:1 follow-up session with Melanie.

Q: Who is INTAPT?

A: INTAPT is a non-profit professional association that supports students, practitioners, and teachers in the field of Psychosomatic Therapy.

Q: Do I need a subscription to INTAPT?

A: Only to maintain your Certification, INTAPT has an annual membership, which varies depending on your level of study. Your first year is included in your enrolment fee, so you can access all member benefits without extra cost during your first year. If your study is personal and not practitioner in nature, then it is not necessary; however, all information and benefits will cease from cancelation/expiry.

Q: What training options are available?

2-Day Face Reading Training ($795): Introductory training that teaches you the foundations of psychosomatic Face Reading.

2-Day Face Reading + 10 Case Studies ($1,395): Includes certification and a 6-month mentoring program. These 10 case studies also count toward your 25 case studies if you continue to full certification.

A: No, but if you need help with finding accommodation, reach out to the team by texting 0468 005 795.

Practicalities & Booking

Q: Are sessions online or in-person?

A: Both are available. In-person sessions are on the Gold Coast (Australia), and online sessions are available worldwide. Some conditions and restrictions apply for the Path to Serenity Programs. The Training, at this time is in person, wherever the training is scheduled. In person sessions are recommended for increased and faster progression and transformation.

Q: How do payments work?

A: Payments are made securely online. Programs and trainings can be paid in full or via a payment plan.

Q: Are my photos and information confidential?

A: Yes. Photos, quizzes, and readings are used strictly within your program or training, and will never be shared without your permission.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Due to the nature of transformational work, refunds are not offered once a program has begun. However, transfers or rescheduling may be possible depending on circumstances. See Program Guidelines for further clarification on the Path to Serenity Programs.

Ballroom & Latin Dance

Q: What styles of dance do you teach?

A: I teach a variety of Ballroom and Latin styles including Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Waltz, Foxtrot, and more. Each lesson is tailored to your goals — whether that’s fun fitness, confidence on the floor, or a deeper connection with yourself or your partner.

Q: What makes your dance classes different?

A: Every session is designed to be more than just dance — it’s about connection, confidence, and flow. You’ll learn to move with awareness, loosen tension, and express yourself authentically. Many students describe it as a moving meditation that mirrors how they relate to life.

Private Lessons

Q: Do you teach individuals or couples?

A: Both! You can book 1:1 sessions as a solo dancer or with a partner. The focus is always on connection — with your body, rhythm, and the joy of movement.

Q: How many lessons will I need?

A: That depends on your goals. Some people come for a few sessions to learn the basics, others continue for confidence, fitness, or performance. We’ll design a plan around your pace and purpose.

Chartered Group Classes

Q: What is a chartered group class?

A: Chartered classes are private group lessons organised by you. Gather your friends, family, or colleagues, choose the dance styles you want to learn, and we’ll create a tailored class just for your group.

Q: How do we choose a location and time?

A: Once your group decides to charter a class, we’ll work together to choose a venue within 100 km of my base and schedule a day and time that suits everyone.

Q: How much does a chartered class cost?

A: Pricing is set per group (not per person) and covers music rights, insurance, travel, and teaching time. Since every group has different needs, please visit the Dance Enquiry page to get a personalised quote.

Q: What do we need to bring?

A: Just comfortable shoes, water, and a smile! Everything else — including music options and lesson structure — will be provided.

Wedding Dances

Q: Do you choreograph wedding dances?

A: Yes! Whether you want a simple, natural flow or a fully choreographed performance, we can design a dance that reflects your story.

Q: How many lessons will we need for our wedding dance?

A: It depends on how elaborate you’d like it to be. For a fully choreographed routine, we recommend a minimum of 25 lessons to ensure you feel confident, relaxed, and connected on your big day.

Q: Can we bring our own song?

A: Absolutely. We can choreograph or structure your dance to any song that’s meaningful to you.

Experience & Booking

Q: Do I need experience to join?

A: Not at all! All classes — private, group, or wedding — are beginner-friendly and focused on helping you feel comfortable, confident, and in flow.

Q: What if I have two left feet?

A: Then you’re in the right place! The goal isn’t perfection — it’s connection, joy, and movement. Most students are surprised by how quickly they start to feel the rhythm once they relax.

Q: How do I book?

A: Visit the Dance Enquiry page to tell us what you’re looking for — solo lessons, group classes, or a wedding dance — and we’ll guide you to the best option for your goals.
