This 2-hour session offers a compassionate deep-dive into your life patterns — revealing how your upbringing, relationships, experiences, and choices influence the way you show up in the world today.

Using your pre-completed Lifestyle Assessment Form, we explore the key factors that have shaped your emotional and physical responses — including family dynamics, birth order, relationships with parents or siblings, injuries, surgeries, stress, and major life events. Together, we connect the dots between your story and your body’s current state of balance or imbalance.

While this session can be held online via Zoom, the in-person experience allows for a more complete understanding — as I observe your body language, posture, breath, and subtle reactions that reveal deeper layers of awareness.

By the end of your session, you’ll gain clear insight into why you respond to life the way you do, how those patterns show up in your body, and what steps can bring you into greater harmony, serenity, and flow.
